The ceiling of 3000x is a multiple of the stake, so more cards raise the stake behind it as well as the cost. The signal is the total spend per round, not the number of cards on screen.

Signal is the card limit, the pattern count and the bonus rule printed on the title’s info screen. Noise is the quoted maximum win for a game whose page prints two different figures. JILI’s Magic Lamp Bingo page is the live example: 3000x in the header and 1500 times in the description. When a source contradicts itself, write that down instead of choosing one.
