PH8 Roulette: Lightning, Speed, French and American Wheels

A PH8 roulette table looks the same from the lobby tile, and the wheel behind it can be very different. The signal is the wheel name and its zero count. The noise is the glow of a multiplier animation. What follows is from Evolution’s site, read through an Internet Archive copy.

Why the Zero Count Matters

French wheels carry a single zero, and La Partage applies. On an even-money bet that lands on zero, you lose half instead of all of it. An American wheel adds the 00 pocket, which is an extra place for the ball to land against you.

Lightning Roulette in Plain Terms

Each round, lightning strikes between one and five Lucky Numbers. Back a struck number Straight Up and the payout is its displayed multiplier, somewhere from 50x to 500x. A bet on any other number is paid by the usual rule.

Evolution’s page also mentions Chain Lightning and Double Strike multipliers that may reach 2000x. Neither is promised on any round, and neither belongs in a stake plan.

Speed and Pressure

At 25 seconds per round, two Speed Roulette spins fit inside a minute. Slower tables suit a player who wants to think.

1. Decide your stake per round before you sit down.
2. Note the spin clock for the first two rounds.
3. Leave when the clock, not your limit, is deciding your bets.

Other Wheels on Evolution’s List

Evolution’s page names more variants than the four above. Double Ball Roulette uses two balls to give two winning numbers from one spin, with payouts of up to 1,300 to 1. Chain Lightning adds up to nine extra Chain Lightning Numbers for as many as ten lucky bet spots in all, and Double Strike can push a value to a potential 2000x.

A Plan for One Session

1. Choose the wheel type before the stake.
2. Write down the number of rounds you will play.
3. Divide your pesos limit by that number to get a stake.
